RCAA is governed by its Board
of Directors. Vacancies
and expired terms are filled by the Board. The Board elects
the officers, hires all staff and consultants, approves
all contracts, and sets the policy of the organization.
The Board usually meets at the RCAA office. The surest
way to communicate with the Board is through the office.
RCAA provides various
services. The print library
(including videotapes of many public hearings & meetings,
Sea-Tac Airport general maps, noise maps, & aerial
photos, and specialist publications on aviation issues)
is available for research & reference. Please
